Privacy Policy

The short version

Pulse Studio collects as little as possible. Personal information reaches us only when you choose to send it — through the contact form or the booking calendar. The free tools on this site run entirely in your browser. The one exception worth knowing about: if you type a description into the AI demo builder on the homepage experience, that text (and only that text) is sent to our AI provider to generate your demo. Details below.

What we collect

Contact form: if you send a message, we receive the details you enter (name, email, company, budget range, and your message). Delivery is handled by Web3Forms, and spam protection by hCaptcha (which processes standard verification data under its own privacy policy). We use your details only to reply and discuss your project. They are not sold, shared, or added to any marketing list.

Booking: scheduling is handled by Google Calendar's appointment booking. The information you enter there (name, email, appointment time) is processed by Google under the Google Privacy Policy and shared with us so we can hold the meeting.

AI demo builder (the homepage experience): if you type a description of your busywork, that text is sent to Anthropic (our AI provider) to generate personalized demo content, and a copy of the description (first 300 characters) may be kept temporarily so similar requests can reuse the same demo instead of regenerating it. Don't include personal or sensitive information in these prompts — a general description works best anyway. Nothing you type there is linked to your name or contact details.

Analytics: we use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to count page views and measure performance. These are cookie-free and don't build personal profiles or track you across other sites.

Free tools: the tools on this site (such as the CSV dashboard, invoice builder, and calculators) process your data locally in your browser. Files you drop in never leave your computer.

What we don't do

We don't run ads, don't sell data, and don't use tracking cookies or cross-site tracking of any kind.

Data retention & your choices

Contact messages live in our email inbox and are kept only as long as useful for the conversation or any resulting project. Cached AI demo descriptions are periodically reviewed and cleared. Want something deleted? Email us and it's gone.
